Background
Brain Cube neuroscience program is a team of neuroscientists and psychologists from the United Nations government through research and a combination of the latest discoveries about the brain, genetics and advanced algorithms. It aims to provide a systematic self-improvement aid for every citizen who is behind the average mind of the society.

The World Employment and Social Outlook: Trends 2019 suggests that new technology-driven and other new business models could have an impact on existing labor market achievements. If policymakers fail to address these challenges over time, these new models will pose a threat to the promotion of formal employment, employment security, social protection, and labor standards, among others.*
WESO: Trends 2020 shows that the mismatch between labor supply and demand is leading not only to more unemployment, but also to more severe and widespread labor underutilization.**

Sustained cognitive growth
The mean value of the Flynn effect within the modern set centered around 3 points per decade.
The industrial revolution and technological progress are the most fundamental causes of the Flynn effect. The Industrial Revolution brought about the massification of education and the miniaturization of the family, and the replacement of agriculture-related occupations in society with technical and managerial occupations that required the mastery of abstract concepts. Meanwhile, education has fostered more innovation and social progress.

Background
Since the beginning of the 20th century, the global human IQ has been increasing at 0.3 per year. With the development of artificial intelligence, more and more mechanical jobs will be performed by AI robots. Just as the industrial revolution has brought changes to society, people will have to face a new round of cognitive crisis.
In 2200, the majority of humans left behind by the evolution of the mind will have to use external forces to keep pace with the development of the times.
Target
A team of neuroscientists and psychologists from the United Nations government have been investigating and combining the latest findings on the brain, genetics, and advanced algorithms.
The goal is to provide a systematic self-improvement aid for every citizen behind the average sense of community.
Opportunity
The United Nations government has adopted the use of the Mental Level Certificate. Facing a shortage of educational resources, people in the lower and middle classes need an inexpensive and efficient way to help them improve their mental levels.
Meanwhile, the Mental Capacity Certificate is issued to help citizens who are behind the average mental capacity of society to find jobs and provide productivity value to the community.
